Dr. Nitin Banait has been in the EV/HEV Industry for more than a decade. He has more than 20+ years of experience in design and simulations and has worked on 100+ ANSYS Multiphysics applications. He has delivered lectures, workshops, and trainings in the Automobile Industry segment. He has spent more than 4.5 years conducting research at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), one of the premier educational establishments of our country.

Dr. Nitin is dedicated to his work and is passionate about developing a deep understanding of the Electric Vehicle Industry among his students. He has inspired more than 5,000 students from all over the country through his skills and understanding of the industry. He also enables his students to take advantage of his network of thousands of professionals spread across the globe, helping them gain practical knowledge and learn more effectively. Dr. Nitin strongly believes in the harm caused by pollution from petrol/diesel vehicles and believes that hybrid mobility is a solution for the world. He is not only a teacher but a practitioner as well. He has driven more than 150,000 km on his personally developed in-house Hybrid EV (Petrol Mode + EV Mode), E-Car, E-Scooter, and E-Bike.

Dr. Nitin has been granted/holds 5 patents in the HEV segment and has delivered more than 120 lectures and workshops across the country for academic institutions and industry on EV/HEV technologies. He has also worked as a consultant for several firms in India and has provided career and job guidance to aspiring professionals.
